1What will happen to my previous loyalty points?
Don't worry, we have migrated all existing accounts including any points/rewards to our new app. Simply install the app, input your email and click forgot password.
2How do I log in on the new app?
If you were a preexisting loyalty customer, input your email and click forgot password, from there set a new password.
For new loyalty customers, simply follow the instructions to sign up.
3How do I redeem my points?
Speak to a member of our bar team and let them know which reward you would like to claim and we will activate it through our till system.
4What happened to premium memberships?
Our premium memberships are no longer currently available.
5How do I download the new app?
Search for 'The Yard Coventry' on your App Store or click one of the buttons below
