1How do I install the app?
After registering your account using one of the options above, download 'loyalzoo' from the App Store or google play store. Log in with the account details you created upon registration and The Yard should appear in your 'active subscriptions'
2How do I collect points?
Show us your QR code via the loyalzoo app when you order anything from the bar and the points from your transaction will automatically be credited to your account
3How do I redeem my points?
Speak to a member of our bar team and let them know which reward you would like to claim and we will activate it through our till system.
4How do I apply my 25% discount online?
Please contact us via social media or. members@theyardcoventry.co.uk and we will issue you with a discount code which is valid for the entire month
5How do I claim my birthday discount?
Just show your loyalty QR code to our bar staff and the discount will be automatically applied via our till system
6How do I cancel my membership
If you would like to cancel your membership with us, please email members@theyardcoventry.co.uk with your account ID number
