Terms & Conditions for Online Event Ticket Sales – The Yard Coventry

By purchasing a ticket for an event at The Yard Coventry, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. General Terms

1.1. The Yard Coventry is a rain-or-shine venue, and all events will proceed regardless of weather conditions unless otherwise stated.
1.2. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless you have purchased cancellation insurance.
1.3. All attendees must be 18+ unless stated otherwise. ID may be required for entry.
1.4. The Yard Coventry reserves the right to refuse entry or service to any guest at its discretion.

2. Ticketing & Cancellations

2.1. Tickets must be purchased in advance through our official website or authorized sellers. We do not accept responsibility for tickets purchased from third parties.
2.2. No refunds or exchanges will be issued unless The Yard Coventry cancels the event.
2.3. If an event is canceled by us, ticket holders will be contacted and given options, which may include

1) A Refund
2) A rescheduled date
3) A credit towards a future date

2.4 If you are unable to attend, you may not resell or transfer your ticket without prior authorisation from The Yard Coventry

3. Event Policies

3.1. Doors open at the advertised time, and late entry may not be permitted. No refunds will be given for missed entry.
3.2. All food, drinks, and services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify menus and entertainment without prior notice.
3.3. Unruly behavior, including but not limited to excessive intoxication, disruption, or failure to comply with staff instructions, may result in removal from the venue without refund.
3.4. The use of professional photography, videography, or live streaming without prior consent is prohibited.
3.5. We may use our own photography, videography or live streaming for marketing purposes

4. Liability & Responsibility

4.1. The Yard Coventry is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
4.2. Ticket holders assume all risks associated with attending the event, including personal injury.
4.3. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
